    1. Engagement & Commissioning

    These Terms of Service govern all commissions, assignments, and website usage provided by ProfileCraft Photography ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking an in-situ photography assignment or utilizing our services, you agree to these terms in full alongside any specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Commission Agreement signed prior to the shoot date.

    2. Booking, Deposit & Cancellations

    All shoot dates are reserved upon receipt of a confirmed commission agreement and deposit where applicable. Rescheduling or cancellation requests must be delivered in writing at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled shoot date. On-site assignment preparations or travel arrangements incurred prior to cancellation remain non-refundable.

    3. Image Copyright & Licensing

    Unless explicitly transferred in writing, statutory copyright in all photographs created by ProfileCraft Photography remains with the photographer. Clients are granted a commercial license specifying usage rights, geographic scope, and duration as defined in the project scope agreement upon full payment of the invoice.

    4. Client Obligations & Workplace Access

    For all in-situ assignments, the client is responsible for securing necessary workplace access permissions, building clearances, model releases for participating staff members, and ensuring a safe operating environment for our photography team.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    Our total liability for any claim arising out of a commissioned assignment shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific assignment. We maintain professional indemnity and public liability insurance for all location operations.

    6. Governing Law

    These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
